I'm looking for a creative talented artist. Someone who can create seamless designs. Patterns and characters. Digital art, fluent in seamless pattern making, must be fluent in scales and dimensions in seamless designs. Must have a good understanding of color schemes and things that look right together. Ideally would hire this person to work with on an ongoing basis. The designs would be exclusive to me. I currently pay my artists per design based on the complexity of the design. Anywhere from $50-$170
