Design a whole Ebook - inside pages design, and cover.

i need a designer for an ebook. in last project i got too many offers of people not reading what i asked! please dont waste my time with offers if u didnt read what i asked!!! if u will give an offer that u dont back - i will report u to freelancer.com for wasing my time. i have it all writen - BUT - not designed at all. i'm looking for someone to design it in a simple way, the whole ebook - the cover and the **internal pages***. be aware it is in hebrew - that works right to left!! no need in editing the content. just design of the book - colors, fonts and everything. I wrote the names of the stories in english as well, in order that u will know what it is about that you will know which pics to add from the ones i have. Dont put the english inside the book!
