Design Banner and Corflute Menu for Gazebo

I have a food stall business, making Gozlemes (fresh make, hand rolled, savoury Turkish pastries) in different festivals/markets/fairs.
I need you to design a vinyl banner and corflute menu for my gazebo/tent.
I need professional touch. I strongly recommend you to make quick search on internet regarding Australian Street Food gazebos for ideas. (you can also see couple of examples I have added – BUT I DEFINITELY DON’T WANT THE SAME THING!!!!)
Colours will be maroon background and white and if necessary black words for banner. (Some yellowish or orangish scratchs, touchs would be nice maybe? As long as you can show it professionally and nicely)
Black background and white or if necessary maroon words for menu.
Banner size will be 76cm x 292cm
Menu size will be 60cm x 200cm
I will need all professional files at the end.
Banner design should complete the menu. (You can use same patterns/shapes on the sides of the menu for example) (you can also see couple of examples I have added – BUT I DEFINITELY DON’T WANT THE SAME THING!!!!)
This is very urgent and I need your first artworks by today. And Tomorrow we need to finalize. If you can’t spend your time please don’t accept job.
I also would like to have most suitable photo/s from attachments in banner and menus.
