Creating Whole Design and WebProgramming for a New Portal selling lands

Work: Hi! Our goal is to build a new portal that connect people that sell lands and people who want to build lands. You should be creative and having a feeling for design. A new logo should be created too. At the beginning of the project I will send you some basics structure so you can have an idea what you should do. When the first template will be there and we will agree on a template we will work each page after each other. Also we will have to build the login-area. This work includes also web programming. Please look at the requirements. Webprogramming Requirements: It should be written in HTML5, CSS and Javascript It should be compatible with as many browsers as possible (watch out for Safari in particular!) When using fontend frameworks such as: bootstrap, you should not wrap more than one. It should be paid attention to performance. So many assets as necessary and as little as possible. Forms must be functionally usable. The <form> element should not be used for styling. For each form field, you should also be able to see an error message for invalid entries Success, warning and error messages coming from the backend must be displayed If possible, the page layout should be set up so that it can be used for all pages and only the content changes (header and footer should look the same on each page, if available, except for the menu items that can be changed).
