Creating a Measuring and Installation Guide PDF and Editable Document

I have a manufacturing business for curtains, blinds. I need to make an installation guide includes at the bottom on how to operate and a measuring guide for the following products: Roller Shades Vertical Blinds Venetian (Aluminum) Blinds 25mm and 50mm Wooden Blinds 50mm I am looking for a designer that speaks perfect English to can create those guides I currently have a mock-up that I myself made but I want it to be designed well along with the content. Moreover, I also do have pdf documents from other companies that have those guides which could help understand better what I want with respect to structure and content. I also can be contacted if any questions are to be found during the process. I want the files to be in PDF and also in an editable document for the content and images.
