Create an online interactive CV template

We are looking for a developer who is familiar with creating an online interactive CV template (e.g. Wordpress). The following requirements should be met: - The CV should contain a landing page with a quick overview and applicant picture, a page for the chronological curriculum vitae, an additional page for presenting some extraordinary knowledge. There should also be some place to present personal interests or hobbies. Furthermore, we need a contact page with the opportunity to send a message to a given e-mail address and a fixed navigation menu at the top. - The design should consider the mobile first approach - Please choose eye friendly colors, smooth transitions and a serious design - There should be some pictures which capture the IT theme especially outsourcing if possible. - It should be filled with placeholder content and pictures. (e.g. „John Doe“) The implementation costs shouldn´t exceed 100$
