Create a Gerber file from a drawing

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to help you out with your project, I have good experience with Eagle Cad-soft. I have been attempting to convert the pdf you attached with the job to Eagle cad in order to generate the required Gerber files, my idea is that i convert the pdf into SVG then from SVG i can import it to EAGLE using the command line. I have had some success but some of the image become missing particularly the ear on the right. so i wanted to ask you if you can provide me with the SVG file because may be something happens in the conversion process from pdf to SVG. when you provide me with the SVG file i can make another attempt if I succeeded I will send you an image of the work, if you like it then we can start working.
