QUICK REQUIREMENTS - Must be finished within 7 days, so this is an urgent project !! - You must be able to start immediately - Site must be fully responsive - Site must be built in Wordpress DESIGN - There are no PSD files for the following templates: ----> a static page ----> the blog post ----> the blog overview You will have to create these pages yourself in line with the current design. INSTRUCTIONS IN PDF For a detailed instruction, please check the attachment PDF. Please check these first before placing your bid. DETAILED BRIEFING - I have 3 PSD files, which you need to convert to a Wordpress website. - As the admin, I must be able to add Real Estate Projects on the website - On the homepage, site has to show tje 5 Real Estate Projects with highest score (As the admin, I will give all added Real Estate Projects a score from 0 to 100) - I will divide these Real Estate Projects into 9 different types (houses, parkings, hotelrooms, student houses, flats, ...) - Each type has a different Lister Page (see attachment). Make sure these URLs are search engine friendly. Eg: [login to view URL] of [login to view URL] and NOT [login to view URL] - Each added Real Estate Project also has a separate Listing page on my website (see attachment) Make sure these URLs are also search engine friendly. Eg: [login to view URL] - Integrate the email optin form on the homepage with the official plugin from my email provider (Mailerlite) CONDITIONS - NO upfront payments.
