Circle Office

I have taken a lease on the office as per photos and videos. I would like to have this office spaces used as an accommodation hub where its central to many hotels in the area and guests can come in and collect keys and also sell or sign up some real estate rentals or sales. At the opposite end of the sinks there will be a kiosk in the corner at the window so that space cant be used. But i need half a dozen or a dozen ideas of how i could furnish the unit to maximise the space. i have no idea where to put furniture and desks etc... yes sir please message me so we can discuss more
