Build website wordpress php (similiar to competition)

My website is: [login to view URL] So I want a wordpress website with the following features: - Feedback system based on rate of stars and score (similiar to ebay but simpler) - Live private chat between buyers and sellers (do not know if a new plug in or api is needed, or the additional costs) - Scraping another website for a database to give users some usefull information - Autofill function in some forms (maybe based on scraping another website) - Store for sellers to register and sell (maybe with Easy digital download plugin) - Built the design (already have logo), can be simple (because I want final design to be made by freenlancer that is really good at that), If you can do great. - Add new creative features (most use PHP), could use Mysql - Email register verification, and other securty features - Create Backoffice so I can track some stuff and add new content easier in the furute - Prepare the site for future feature of commissions and accounts credit Please make proposal telling if you can make all this happen
