Will you (admin) add the courses or do we need to create a scraper that does that? I do have few questions before-hand: - Does your project have to be built with PHP 5.X or can it be built with versions higher than that like 7.0? (that would greatly increase your sites performance and functionality). - Are you open to using a framework like Laravel?
