I have a lot of experience in making books for print, because I have worked in printing houses for more than 8 years. What is the format file of the ebook? I must say that if the ebook has images, they are most probably at low resolution, therefore they can not be used for print. A file ready for print requires high resolution images. If you have the original images, I could use them in the print version of the book. These issues must be discussed before you award the job to anyone.
