AutoCAD Residential Building Drawing and designing...!!!!

I want drawing and designing for a Residential building in AutoCAD. It is 5 story building. Total Area of land is 10000 square meter. Units are not mixed and each type is separated in the building. 5 story to adjust the units accordingly. Car parking should be in the basement. i want 3D design both exterior and interior and 3D Floor Plans.... i have attached the site plan. In the map u will go 5m from road and 10m from railway, then u draw lines and offset it and u will get the size of the land and then the building according to requirements. i have attached some samples, i want my work look like them. Also see the attached paper I want all this work according to the paper. can u do this all as per attached requirements ??? Deadline for this work is 1-2 days. my budget for this work is 50-80$ Note: I have provided you all details, kindly read it carefully and let me know if u can do this work... Bid only if u are agreed with budget and are confident about work. Lower Bids would be preferred. No time wasters are required.
