Upgrade the Look and Feel of Current Web Site

The web site [login to view URL] is starting to look dated. I would like to have the site keep it's existing functions but have a more modern and clean interface. I would like to see samples of how you would redesign the look and feel whilst keeping the existing functions, There is also a need to add the following functions 1. For a ranged items the ability to select a colour for the i.e r205 has 20 colours if I want to select a specific colour and add to cart I need to ne able to do it from the same page 2. The postage and freight options I need the ability to change these by editing with the need to change code on the server. 3. Quick order function - does not need to register before check. 4. There are 4 functions that need to be added to the order page from an admin point of view. 5. Set different discount levels give a code inputted I need the ability to change these by editing with the need to change code on the server. NOTES IMPORTANT The site uses Cold Fusion v8. This site MUST stay with CF. No PHP or wordpress. You must have your own test server for me to view the work in progress and transfer the files to me for uploading. There is no access to the live web server.
