Project: The website is for a hospital where an assistant can book an appointment with a doctor for patients. There are approximately 6 webpages to be CSS applied.

Below are high level details:

Page 1: Lists all doctors working in the hospital and appointments available with them.

Page 2: Allows to enter and lists the patient\doctor details (doctor, appointment schedule, patient information) by the assistant

Page 3: Sign Up page\form where a doctor can enter few details and create an account.

Page 4: Lists the scheduled appointment and past appointments of a patient.

Page 5: Calendar. Very similar to google calendar where a doctor can view appointment details daily.

Page 6: Doctor’s profile page

Prototype: I have created a PowerPoint template of 5 slides that gives a fair idea of how CSS should look like. This will be shared with developers personally if they are interested in taking up the project.

Timeline: 7-10 days

Important Notes:

Note 1: Website is written in asp.net and thus has asp.net specific control. So, we need a developer who can write css for aspx.

Note 2: Developer’s creativity and suggestion in CSS design will be highly appreciated.

Note 3: CSS development will be an iterative process. Changes are inevitable.

Note 4: Developer should be willing share and discuss daily updates.

Note 5: Additional work, if any, will be paid appropriately.
