Make an item bartering/swapping website

I would like to get a bartering/swapping website. Good point: experience in auction sites. If you are not 100% sure in Your success in this project, this project is not for You. Yor job: make to me a 100% working site with clean but modern gui (like themeforest bestseller ecommerce themes), and easy usage, with less feature. Only one important thing: users can bartering, and rating the barters (like on an auction site) example sites: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], but I want less features. We want make barters with few clicks. You have time before You make an offer, i dont want choose today, i will wait 1-2 day. If You have suggestions, ideas, tell me. my idea: 1. CMS, because we dont want make it from scratch. I dont have unlimited time & money. (you can use anything if you are the professional of that , eg:wordpress, joomla, classified ad scripts, auction script, or anything what you want) Why cms? It contains/easy implement login/user system, messaging system, categories, user rating, and i want make easier your work The site language will be hungarian, so an existing hungarian language plugin is important. Or if You have a finished bartering site, also good if You mod it. 2. we will choose together any free or paid theme, I will buy it, I want a nice looking site, and i dont want waste time with gui making, and i want make easier your work. You just customize the theme. 3. Your job: customize it to a bartering site. You can use plugins, extensions, i dont care. only simple things. eg.: users have profile. (picture, email, location, etc.) users can upload items. Items with pictures, into a category. Items have values. user can look his own listings, and edit or delete them Almost a simple classified ad site. On the item page we want only two button: 1. make an offer + item goes to my whishlist (popup or new page= 1. Choose anything from my list button, or pick items from your list, or an item + money) 3. public question about the item sellers get emails if he get public questions ONE important feature: Every user have list about offered items. SO Every user have a list with items, that he can get, if his item is on someones whishlist. If user1 click on the "make an offer" button(item whishlisted,), user2 (the seller) will get a message, and he will see all of user1 items(or the offered items) in his "i can get these items" menupoint, and he will get an email: You can get 16 items with one click, because user1 choosed an item from you, pls check Your "I can get these items" menupoint, and choose anything what You want. If he choose and accept anything from that list, user 1 get a message, and he will check the chosen item, and he can accept or deny. If he accept, the 2 listing will ended, and they need rating each other after the business. users can check his own whislisted items, delete it, etc. "i can get these items" menupoint: possible filter by user, by upload time etc., message if new item on the list. In this list every user have a "money" item by default. So if the seller dont find any interesting thing from buyer, he can try to swap it for money. Clean main page: login, register, search, browse categories button and featured items in two rows . The first row: featured items, the second row: featured skills. In every 10 seconds shows up a new item/skill, and hide the latest(or random), so the ads are rolling continously. You will use Your own host for editing and I want look the changes in realtime every day. We need to talk often. You need to ask often. I will be happy if You have ideas/suggestions to make it better. I pay only if You are sure in your knowledge, and You do the project flawlessly. I dont need a semi-finished project, because i am not a coder, i can not continue, so in this way it will be useless for me.
