I need some big images like sprite

I need some big sprite images, made inside photoshop. Basicaly task is very simple, but i am now at work, need ASAP, and cant use illegal photoshop. That way i ask your help. Task details: Create some sprite images using my seperated images. What you will need do to make goal: 1)Scale my 300-400 images, for correct pixels. 2)Put all in photoshop using 64x64 GRID style. Budget is low 10-15$ if you bid 15+ forget i will ignore you.
