501904 OpenCart Modification / Extension

We want to create a separate registration (email & pwd) for resellers from the storefront. Once registered they will login into their account interface (see [url removed, login to view] login: [url removed, login to view]) where they can then fill in their details (I want to clone the whole interface part). When they are ready to submit their work they just upload the image to our server. From the admin we will be able to see the uploaded image and approve or reject. All prices are standard set by admin (logos $10, business card $15 so on)...
