My client is relaunching her web site and her real estate firm, located in the California Desert. So she needs a nice new logo. Requirements are: 1. At least four logo candidates to choose from. We will pick, purchase, and use the one we like best. 2. Format should be GIF with transparent background. 3. Keywords to keep in mind: desert, palm trees, mountains, mid-century, real estate, modern, loyal, reputable. You don't have to incorporate all these ideas, obviously; maybe pick one or two for each logo candidate. 4. Colors. Pretty open on this. Just don't use any shade of pink. 5. I will give the name of the company to the winning bidder, in case you want to incorporate it into the logo. 6. No cookie cutter bids! These will be rejected out of hand. 7. Don't bother to bid if you are unrated; your bid will not be considered. That's it. Thanks for bidding and good luck.
