Cartoon Christmas Graphic needed

I need a small Christmas graphic illustrated in Illustrator. I've included a sketch of what I'm thinking of, please add feet to the bottom of this. The final needs to be a custom illustration of high quality with shading, etc. The background should be colorful and should fade into the canvas. At the bottom should be the words "Happy Holidays! from" and then I will fill in the area after from. I can provide more images of our Mascot which should be included in the image.
The final product will be two final images, both almost the same. One will look like the sketch (with feet) and one will have a young child added to the left of our mascot.
