Help setting up Google Compute Engine to call into a Google Meet session

I run a telehealth business. I am interested in developing an app that calls into Google Meet from Google Cloud. I need to have a the Compute Engine running web apps and hosting Audio files, that I can then remotely control to call into session. Ideally, if I can have a portal where 2 users can login to access web apps. I am able to set up the compute engine. I have contacted a Google Sales Engineer and they recommended a Google Partner, and told me it can be done. Some knowledge of coding but this is beyond my scope of time and complexity.
