Modify me existing google chrome extension for new design and functionality

I have one existing google chrome extension. I need to modify it for the new design and new features. I am uploading the new design images I want to implement in extension. For features I need all the features available in Business Tools google chrome extension. Other than that you need to create the localization for the English , Hindi, French, Russian, Arabic and Indonesian languages. Rest of the things are mentioned in the attached document file. And I need complete clean code with all the methods and functions named properly so seeing the name of method and function name one can co relate its functionality.
