Current Google sheet:
Functions imports events from google calendar and parses the data into time sheets, then calculates distances from addresses.
Here is a sample calendar with test events in December 2017 and January 2018. The sheet is linked to the test calendar: [login to view URL]
The calendar ID is in the "Settings" tab/sheet.
To create time sheets:
1) click "Date Picker" at top and enter dates. To test sample data in sample calendar, enter dates 12/02/2017 to 02/02/2018 and an address in the United states. Example: 1 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045. Then click "Import events". Calendar information is imported into "Data" sheet. This is for review.
2) Click "Submit" (green button) and the time sheets are created for each different "CO" in column A.
3) The created time sheets can be saved as PDF's.
Update needed: I want to add a new sheet that has a similar format as "Data" sheet but a script will format data from sheet into calendar. This function will come before the "Import events" function. Also, this sheet should not be deleted. The user should enter "Date from:" and "Date to:" and the script will import the data in the rows that match these dates.
