Google Adwords Budget Script (RUSH)

I need a Script for Google Adwords: 1. I want the script to run as frequently as possible to check the current spend on a targeted campaign. 2. I want the campaign to be paused if the spend returned is over a targeted number 3. I want the campaign to restart the next business day (Local time) 4. I want the script to restart when the campaign restarts. 5. I need this script to be properly commented so we can look after managing and applying against other campaigns. NOTE: We run multiple campaigns at multiple budgets. I would need to know if there would need to be one script for all campaigns or if we would need one script per campaign.
