Hi there. I'm interested in this project and would like to know more about it. From your job description, it seems a stretch to boil a 800-word novel down into a 120-page script. Consider, for example, Coppolla needed three movies to properly tell The Godfather, a 448-page novel. I'm not saying it's impossible, as some novels are more character and interior based. But, for a crime novel rich in action, you may want to consider breaking it up into two or three movies, or a tv series. For my part, I mostly write original spec scripts, but have, in the past, adapted a 304-page real-life biopic into a 110-page script. I hold a MA in screenwriting and have also completed the UCLA Professional Program in screenwriting, as well as numerous shorter courses. I've completed 12 feature scripts and lots of short scripts. My writing is clear and sharp, and I have a deep understanding of story and screenplay structure. I am new to Freelancer, so I don't have any reviews or ratings yet. I can, however, send you a writing sample from a previously finished script to give you an idea of my work.
