Hi there,
I am a German translation student going into my third semester of studying English and Dutch. I usually use Freelancer and other similar platforms to find translation jobs as this is what I want to do after finishing my Master in a few years.
However, your well-written project description caught my eye and again sparked my interest in customer communication. This interest dates back to 2017 and 2018 when I worked at Wilderness International, a local non-profit organization from Dresden, Germany. A big part, if not the biggest, was accepting phone calls and answer emails, many of which were critical of our aims and views. I was also in contact with our partners and sponsors, helped set up and maintain our new website and organized events in the area.
A small non-profit like Wilderness International is heavily dependant on good communication with customers, so the first rule was to stay calm and friendly at all times. This is valid for every business, but even more there. So after successfully completing that year, I can claim to be a very experienced customer service agent.
As a hobby/side job I am also administrating a big gaming community called ECL where the same principles apply.
I am currently in my semester break until late September, and I want to work during that time. I would be thrilled to hear back from you to discuss the possibilities of the job!
Met vriendelijke groeten naar Nederland,
Fabian Kubsch
