• An Online Dashboard-Visualisation Front-end, which will enable centralisation of operations for courier business
• A Business Intelligence Unit to analyse data trends, deliveries flow, daily, weekly, monthly reports
• A centralised Back-End Publisher-Subscriber bus to connect front-end services and incoming sensor data with persistence storage layers
• A Device management unit to centralise sensor data from mobile devices or external systems and feed back to the system.

Presented data at dashboard level should be fed with goods data (origin, destination, weight, etc.), goods status (delivered, in depot, returned), auxiliary data (proof of delivery), bike sensors (e.g. GPS, speed, distance), external data (e.g. traffic), customer information
Dashboard should be integrated with an external map API (e.g. google maps)
History of transactions, past data should be kept from the system
Access should be restricted for sensitive information
Dashboard should be compatible with most popular web browsers (IE7 and higher, Safari >3, >FireFox 2, >Chrome 1)
Dashboard accessibility should be compliant at least to WCAG 2.0 AA
Courier Business customers can drill down to specific information regarding deliveries.
