Flash Admin Area

I have created a flash web site but require someone to create a back-end system that will allow me to login to the back-end system (login and password - allow me to change the password once logged in) and make changes to my pages.
For example once I have logged in online I can select a page from the admin area, and then choose which text block I would like to change. Next to the txt block will be a box to select if I wish to scroll the information in that area.
Also required is an ability to upload mp3 (via admin area) to be placed in a player for my visitors to select which files to play. This will also include an ability to add title and description to the files.

Another feature required is an ability to upload and place images on the site. Yet again via the admin area I can choose which page and which image to change, a tick box next to the image uploads to display or not.
We would like this project to be completed by the end of February 2007.
