Company Website - some flash

We have a need for a company website. The general design should look like this: [login to view URL] Our sections and content size are similiar. The small flash in the upper left corner of this site is desirable. The tabs will be similiar. Need to modify to look original with different colors, fonts, etc. You must be able to supply pictures for the site. We have the language / copy prepared for 2/3 of the site now. Will give preference to the provider that can provide a working sample within 12 hours of accepting the job with the goal to have the final version complete in 3-days based on us providing the content. Our rating is good and we provide ongoing work to those that provide us quality work fast.
