Development needs a microsite to market the land, homes and surrounding area. The interface should be very elegant with smooth transitions between images and text. I will provide logo, photographs, copy and storyboad. You will be responsible for development, functionlaity, interface design, buttons, masks, tweens, backgound music, pre-loaders, etc.
This is for an older audience - the finished product should have a high level of sophistication and elegance.
