New and attractive Match-3 game

Hello! :) I want to ask you about creating one of so called "match-3" games where it needs to match 3 or more elements with the same colour/ type. As one of the best and most suitable prototype for my project I have found Pengle (playable in FaceBook: [login to view URL]), also later can provide you some other games. Principles and structure should be similar, just different levels, some more features / elements to make game more interesting and different from original. Also - there should make some kind of new graphic style - Pengle is so attractive and popular due it's style, funny and smooth animations; many other games in this genre are in lack of this - they are way too fast of slow etc). After that game is planned to integrate in one the social portal (platform is similar as in Facebook), later I could give you more detailed info. But I think it's necessary only in the end of project. So, what could be the costs for the 2 main parts: 1) coding and programming (at the begin it would be enough to create about 10 levels or so, after that we could see for further cooperation - I'm working as developer as well just due my basic job don't have so much time for doing this by own, also I'm not specialist in Flash - of course, you can choose another language); 2) graphics, animations and style - as I said maybe some existing graphics can be taken, cutted and redesigned, or easier to create new design at all. Let's see what you can offer. Deadline isn't decided yet but we'll have enough time but - how much time could it take (approx)? Now I'm trying to find out approximate prices for this project and looking for possible partner / developer who could create it in the best way to make it succesful. :) After this I would give you more detailed description and data sheet what I'd like to see in this game. Main requirements are: 1) nice and smooth graphics / animations and maybe some nice musics; 2) possibility to create more and more levels (based on basic ones, just adding new objects or / and increasing level of difficulty); 3) reasonable price (budget isn't strictly limited - now I just want to see approx. prices and later it can discussed privately); 4) possible cooperation in the future (if appears needs to make more features or fixes); 5) possibility to change language - I think it's easier to implement such feature in the beginning as later).
