Site modifications and new pages

We have a website that is currently under constructions. All the content that we need is already in there but wer not happy with the way its designed & would like to move it to another host as well. We want whoever is able to design it to be able to make it from that basic website to a site with the huge WOW effect. Also it needs to have this page in it [login to view URL] (please point the mouse on the image and you will see how it rotates - You may need to keep the mouse there for few seconds before it starts to move) - so we need that added to our site but the colour of the marble needs to change to brown/goldish & I dont have the images so they need to be designed from scratch. It also needs an admin panel to update the content of the page and upload images to the gallarey Please only respond if you can do this project with the mentioned budget & requirments ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
