I have a video, and I want it to be converted into Flash with some effects i.e. if the video is of 10mins, i want only few seconds of part out of whole video which need to be converted into Flash and in the end I want that Video to keep playing like a ROLL. for example, The video is of a machine , which shows its working. I want the video to be stopped at a particular time and where i want the last cut i want that wheel to keep moving. it can be out in flash, it can be by a video editor. Anyone.,
