Role Lead generator Finding new leads from social media specifically Facebook and Instagram that will be converted into paying costumers. The first step will be to get the leads to get on a call together with one of the closers of Team BFAS. Responsibility - You'll be having access to all of Sebastian social media while searching and creating new leads from Facebook groups, likes, followers, story "pulls", posts, etc. - Being driven and finding creative solutions when working - Responding to different post(s) and connecting with leads on Sebastian social media - Make leads booking calls through given links with motivation, straight communication and tactics - Use time management system to count your working hours. This will show how many calls/hour you are actually generating. Requirement (expected proficiencies) - Must have worked with lead generating for a minimum of 1 year (specifically digital marketing Facebook and Instagram) - Great grammar and spelling skills in English - Must be available for 4-5+ hours of work per day with strong internet access + fast computer and phone -Must be available for WORING between the hours 7/8 am-1 pm CET - Must be available for 1-2 mandatory meetings per week between the hours 9 am-1 pm CET - You'll need to have an understanding of how to turn cold traffic into hot leads - Must be able to excel under pressure and deadlines - Must be organized and have great time management - Needs to be creative and solution-driven - Wants to be part of a team of relentless A-players - Must be hungry for success - Got to have an understanding the importance of synergy and be devoted to the growth of our company - Must have a devotion to helping others to become better and take action - Organization and time management skills Results - The numeric target of minimum 0.5-1.5 calls booked per hour within the first 3-5 weeks after hiring - New leads coming in daily Sounds interesting?
