We are looking for a Facebook and Google expert (Shopify & WooCommerce). 80% of our sellers are through Facebook and Google Ads. We sell a lot of print and demand products like mugs, posters, PDFs. But also watches, jewelry, and other accessories. Our suppliers, the printers produce worldwide. Our main market is currently Germany/Europe but soon hopefully the USA. You should already have a lot of experience in Facebook advertising. We have a five-figure monthly budget and spent over $100,000 on Facebook advertising last year. You should be very comfortable with the following comprehended KPI's TOF, BOF & MOF with LLA (3%, 1%, 5%), CBO and PUR. We only work with funnel and targeting throughout the company. You as the person responsible for marketing are one of the most important people in the company. Your task in the company: - building funnels and complex ads marketing campaigns. In interaction with Facebook, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, TikTok and Co. - coordination with our designers and copywriters in the company. - Daily monitoring of current performance and ROAS. - Testing of different campaigns and creative, copy's. - Incorporating new tracking capabilities via Google Tag Manager. - Weekly evaluation of current performance. - You should be able to work weekends. - Numbers driven work. - very good english to participate in meetings by zoom (also per text) - open only new crazy stuff What we offer you: - punctual weekly salary to your account. - long-term cooperation over years. - great training opportunities in the team. - start atmosphere with German quality. - working at what time and place you want.
