Full Time PR & Marketing Manager For Hair and Beauty Niche $800/ month Starting!

Established business brand in Hair Extension Niche looking to hire an experienced and talented, proven public relations and marketing expert to promote our products/entire brand to the press and industry blogs. You must have experience and provide at least 5 examples of work you did that was published on top tier sites. We have very diverse with higher number of African American women. Our products have been mentioned in some notable online magazine like Allure and Ebony magazine but we have not been doing a solid PR for two years so need someone to work full time on this. Our founder is very experienced in hair and beauty industry so your job is to secure her as many interviews as possible in other to create great brand awareness. Duties include but not limited to the following PR Responsibilities -: i)Liaising with and mentoring the in-house team (COO, SEO manager, Content writters) Securing print, broadcast & online media coverage. ii) Create Press Releases - Create media target list of blogger/journalists/influencers - Contact them via phone/ email/social media - Get our stories published and our products in the news. iii) Social Media Duties: - Manage Facebook Page (create posts/reply to customers) - Manage Twitter Page (posts/replies) - Expand our reach by creating and managing other social media profiles (Instagram/Pinterest/YouTube) iv) Create blog posts (we already have content writer to provide post so you will only post online) and maintain our blog. v)Brand positioning Product placement Photo shoot & editorial liaison. vi)Stylist liaison to join our stylist partnership vii)Liaising with our existing affiliates/ Partners and securing new ones. viii)Securing Celebrity endorsement & testimonial. ix)Reputation Management ensuring excellent reputation for the brand. PLEASE NOTE: 1)Must have some experience in USA Marketing and PR. A broad understanding of online marketing, reputation management and lead generation is a MUST for this job please! 2)This is a fixed rate )$800 to $1000) per month. If you prefer hourly rate, we can do so but on fixed rate basis.
