I own a Social Media Marketing Agency and I'm looking to hire a new team member to run Facebook ads for my agency. (Freelancers only)
When applying, please remember that I am looking for a Facebook Ad specialist and not just a copyrighter or media buyer/social media manager.
Note: Our target niche is the Health and Beauty market so if you have previous results you have generated for clients in the niche that you can share, this will not only provide proof that you are an expert in this field but will also majorly increase your chances of securing the job.
Within your application, I would advise you to cover all the objectives listed below to be considered:
1) Must show examples of ad campaign results from previous case studies. This should consist of both the Ad copy and metrics that were used. You will need to showcase these live through screen-share.
2) Along with the ads you must be able to create ad copy.
3) Have experience in working with clients who run eCommerce businesses.
4) Must have sufficient time-commitment to manage multiple campaigns.
Finally, the no.1 reason why I am placing so much emphasis on case studies and previous results is because this presents us with fresh results to leverage to get new clients!
This is the most important factor. This will be mutually beneficial for the both parties as we will be able to bring you regular clients to keep you busy!
Someone who creates ads for eCommerce business or who is experienced in Facebook Marketing is ideal however if you can provide proof of outstanding previous results across any other niches, your application will be taken just as seriously.
We have massive ambitions with our agency and are only after the best contractors. We are willing to pay more for quality.
