Hello,
Have you ever wanted to work with some of silicon valley's most prominent startups?
Our investment firm works with many fast growth startups here in SF and we're looking for someone to help increase distribution and grow our audience in the startup community on twitter, facebook and linkedin.
We already have a site, some follower growth and high quality content from our editorial staff but need to "hack" our audience growth. If chosen you'll work with a young dynamic team and be given lots of responsibility and opportunity.
In the beginning I would like this person to start by focusing on 3 core initiatives.
Organic traffic growth to our main website by way of content distribution.
- We currently have a content editor for our blog but need someone to be responsible for finding distribution for our content which will result in more traffic back to our blog & site.
Lead generation and email list growth:
- Once people come to our site we want someone to own converting them into leads as well as mailing list subscribers. We currently have a very small email list but would like to grow it by driving more traffic back to our site and getting people to convert.
Content distribution and Social media growth (primarily focused on twitter and linkedin)
- Currently we produce high quality content but don't have a strong strategy, system and process in place to increase it's reach.

What we are looking for in a marketing manager:
Highly analytical
Ability to systematize and automate as much as possible
Proven track record with evidence of social media + lead generation growth
