Hi, I've looked at the attachment, excell workbook: when you open it click Enable content. There are three buttons: 1. Instructions, click it and see and ead the instructions 2. Return Header - it contains two dropdown boxes for year and month and you can select appropriate ones. From here you click on button "Proceed to Return" 3. Here on the main form you have to fill columns from D to J and when finished click "Generate CSV" button. I hope this will help you. Best regards, Ćerim Abazi
