We have an immediate need for a part time (3-5 hours per week to start) marketing administrative assistant to help us with online sales research and possibly some initial phone calls. You MUST work regular daily hours - this is not a flexible schedule work. You will primarily take company names/URLs we provide you and do additional research into the company - this information should be available online. You will then be required to deliver it back in neat, preformatted excel sheets. Depending on your english proficiency, we may also ask you to make an initial call to those companies to identify who there is in charge of xxxx. As we gain a comfort level with you, we will also ask for your help with powerpoint presentations and possibly other proprietary platforms.
You MUST extremely detail oriented, have solid grasp of excel and comfort with [url removed, login to view] and/or marketing automation platforms/CRMs are also a big plus.
