I am a realtor and wish to provide data (CSV Format) about key markets, 4 segments overall and determine the top 3 producing units and volume towns in 4 counties then drill down to top performing agencies (Again, units and dollar volume) in each of the respective top towns and finish with top performing agents in the same towns (But one for listing agent and the other for buying agent) I will need the data sent back on the same excel spread sheets to allow graphs and charts to be created for a report to be crafted by myself. If charts and graphs can be included in your proposal... please state the same. Attached PDF shows the initial spreadsheet of top performing towns in a certain market area. Color Coded to be transferred to charts/graphs later making it more comprehend-able for the end user. I have also supplied 3 years of Data I need to compare for each of the market segments... so all of the above for 2016-2017 / 2017-2018 / 2018-2019 When comparing the raw data (3 CSV Files) to the PDF... you will note the PDF is cleaned up and many columns have been deleted to make it fit on a legal sized sheet of paper. I will send the remaining 3 market segments to the person chosen to do the project. My hope is to locate a quality contractor who can do great work and take on a larger project in the coming weeks and perhaps create a long term relationship. Thank you.

Greetings! Thanks for detailed explanation along with sample file. It makes estimation and subsequent project execution so much easier. I have reviewed the file and understand the requirements. I have only one question based on the sample PDF. The top 3 producing units and volume appear to be the same Town / Agency. Just to confirm that we need not expect this always, right? There might be situations where the top 3 lists are different when ranked by $ and volume. In such cases, there would be 2 separate tables. Being a full time freelancer working exclusively on Excel based projects, I work on such Excel based tasks every single day. I have 20 years experience in using Excel as part of my daily work life.
