Tasks and Duties
Communicate with customers and staff to keep jobs running smoothly.
Forge relationships with customers over the phone.
Generate repair estimates based on tech info
Take, input and update orders
Dispatching technicians based on customer needs
Verify/invoice daily Work Orders as complete and accurate
Identify Call Back/Dispute jobs and give to Service Manager
Verify/process time sheets for technicians
Work with Service Manager to maximize productivity of the branch
Secure proper paperwork authorizations prior to running calls
Ensure all paperwork is complete and attached to jobs
Follow up with customers on completed jobs and problem jobs
