Fill an Excel worksheet with data from 4 separate text files

I have an Opencart 2.x website for selling books and I need to create a comprehensive category structure. The good news is that this doesn't have to be done manually (entering each category separately online) as Opencart has an export/import tool. This means I can export the current category structure as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet which I can import back in again after editing.
The website has 4 top-level categories:
- Business, Technical and Professional
- Children's
- Fiction
- Non-Fiction
Each of the above top-level categories have sub-categories so for example, "Business, Technical and Professional" has 7 sub-categories:
- Business and Economics
- Computers
- Education
- Law
- Medical
- Psychology
- Technology
Each of the above also has their own sub-categories so there are 3 levels. For example, "Business and Economics" has the sub-category "Accounting" which gives the following path:
Business, Technical and Professional > Business and Economics > Accounting
Hopefully, now you understand the website structure, you'll also know what I want bringing into the spreadsheet. The freelancers task is to take the 4 separate text files and import the categories into the attached spreadsheet. The attached spreadsheet has enough data already in it so the freelancer can understand the required structure.
Further requirements
1. Most of the bottom level categories in the text files start with a category called "General". Instead I want the category structure purely alphabetical.
2. Each row must have an entry in the seo_keyword column (column J). I am sure a clever Excel user could generate these automatically from the name column (column C). SEO keywords must be all lower case letters and spaces should be replaced with hypens.
