Excell integration with txt

I need an excel spreadsheet that is integrated with .txt files. Example: The spreadsheet has fields that need to be updated constantly, through a ".txt" file that already has a data pattern like "email:personname". This ".txt" file would be uploaded to the spreadsheet and it would separate the "email" in one field and the "personname" in another field into already established fields.
And, soon after, I need the worksheet to return this and some more data and give me the option to "download" this information formatted as follows: "email:person's name:color:casatype" in another ready file in ".txt" .
