We want to integrate microsoft excel online with trello using Integromat, Zapier, [login to view URL] or others (we recommend zapier because it probably supports the most of applications.
New lines in spreadsheet must automatically be added as Trello cards in the appropriate list.
In one column in the spreadsheet there will be a drop-down list with names that will match the name of the list in trello and depending on what value you choose from the list, new card should be added in the trello with data (from other columns from spreadsheet). Then, when the value from the drop-down list in the spreadsheet will be changed, the corresponding trello card should move to another list, respectively. So the application should also search changes in excel lines.
I am interested in how much time it will take someone to do this.

Did the feasibility analyses for your requirement. Few pointers as below:
1. New lines in spreadsheet must automatically be added as Trello cards in the appropriate list.
2. Name of each card is in format available in Example : "CNTR NO | NR ZAMÓWIENIA | POD"
3. Any change in value of column "POZYCJA", If CARD AlREADY EXIST in TRELLO than card in Trello should move to different List - value present in column "POZYCJA".
