You won't even have to leave your home for this flexible, part-time position. All the fun with none of the germs - what more could you wish for? We are looking for a charming, well-spoken, and detail-oriented person to answer customer phone calls, emails, and live chats. The position is 20 to 40 hours a week, and the magic centers around US East Coast (EST) business hours. Our products are mainly car and clothing-related items that you have probably never seen before, so get ready for a whole new world. We will train you in everything you need to know to answer product-based questions, assist customers with returns and exchanges, and handle customer interactions on all media. Sharing cheesecake recipes, kickboxing moves, and preferred weaponry for the zombie apocalypse between emails is encouraged. The kinds of things you’ll be doing: • Answering phone calls to assist customers with their orders • Replying to emails using a combination of our templates and your situational reasoning • Engaging customers via on-site live chat • Using our custom systems and industry-leading tools to ensure we’re crafting the best possible customer experience What you’ll learn: • Tools and platforms like Zendesk, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more • How to work functionally on a remote team • Leading practices for maximum customer satisfaction Position requirements: • Fluent spoken and written English • Excellent communication skills • Great keyboard skills – those fingers should fly! • A flawless internet connection The ideal candidate is: • Patient, determined, and kind • A creative problem solver who can also follow directions and processes • Flexible and easy going • A team player with the desire to learn • In full possession of a “can-do” attitude The following are not required but would be advantageous: • Previous customer service experience • Other language fluency, particularly German, French, Spanish, or Italian We are a small team of quirky people, who enjoy each other’s company while we help our customers and learn new things. Hi there! the position sounds interesting and well within my experience. I have extensive business experience and have been working remotely as a freelancer for the past 4 years. I know how to be tactful and diplomatic and I am able to work independently. I am a native English speaker and a quick learner. My only issue is the rate. Unfortunately, I need to earn around $9 to $10 for a contracted position and $12 for a freelance position of under 20 hours a week. I hope to hear from you.

I am a native speaker in both languages, Spanish and English. I lived in the United States for 25 years. I am a perfect fit for this job because I am a fast typer and a fast learner. I can type up to 60 wpm. I have worked as a bilingual customer service agent for fifteen years of which 8 of those years were in call centers, for 2 years I provided customer service as a part of Walmart's email team helping customers solving issues with their online orders. Then, I was transferred to the Virgen Mobile voice campaign and once the Virgen mobile campaign closed, I was transferred to the email and chat team of Toys R Us, since they saw my commitment and great people skills. I have also worked for Target´s chat team, as well. I have dealt with angry customers that ended up being very pleased with the job I provided. My job is my first priority. I take it very seriously. If chosen I guarantee you that you will not regret it. Also, I can only do emails and chats because of the location where I live is pretty noisy.
