Catalyx is looking for a Japanese speaking facilitator for an on-line consumer community
We are looking for an Japanese and English speaking person to facilitate a closed Japanese online community, analyze qualitative survey data and assist with the writing of a research report.
This is a part time position that lasts for about 3-4 weeks with the possibility to collaborate on similar projects in the future.
The work is paid on a project based fee of 800 Swiss Franks and can be done from anywhere in the world.
Ideally, the candidate has a market research or marketing background with experience in use of excel and content and qualitative data analysis. They should be at ease with communicating online and online platforms in general. Good knowledge of Japanese culture and references would be a big plus.
The role includes:
a) Community Management
o Encouragediscussionsandactiveparticipationamongstparticipantsonouronline survey platform
o Readparticipantsanswersandprobetogetinsightfulcontributions o Respondtoparticipantsquestionsabouttheplatform
b) Content analysis and report writings
o Performcontentanalysis,downloadtheCatalyxteamonthecommunityfeedback and prepare reports in English highlighting trends and consumer insights in relationship to the community objectives and weekly activities
o Deliverafinalreportbasedoncommunityoutcome,fillinginprovidedtemplateswith relevant data.
You will be working closely with the Catalyx delivery team and you will receive Community Manager and platform training.
This is a part time role that requires different amounts of daily engagement and availability over the course of the 3-4 weeks.
