International 24/7 Call Center (inbound) is looking for several Dutch speaking candidates. We are looking for people with good communication skills, adaptable, outgoing personality who can work independent as well in a team (online). We are especially looking for candidates who are interested in having a monthly fixed income (20 - 40 hours a week) for a long period. Job Duty: * Answer incoming calls professionally to customer standards and provide information or explain procedures. * Follow up those established procedures when needed in clients system. * Demonstrates competency in computer knowledge of systems required to perform duties. * Accomplish organization service level * You need to have a fixed internet connection (no wifi) or at least be able to connect the internet-phone (hardware) directly to your router/modem. Internet connection has to be good and stable due to phone/speaking quality with work. * A good reliable laptop and working area. Qualifications: * Skill qualifications like verbal communication, Phone Skills, Listening, and Data Entry Skills * People skills, informing and customer focus, customer Service * Attention to Detail, Professionalism and Multi-tasking * Can work on own initiative. * Flexible, reliable and punctual.
