What you need here is a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). This generates a frequency depending on the input voltage given to it. So, I would need to know what frequency(s) you need to generate. Depending on that we'll add the driving circuit of the VCO ( i.e. which supplies required voltage to generate a specific frequency).
