Need to design and deliver 4 electronic items:
1. Radio Selector Box - allows a user to select Rx, TX or Rx/Tx of 1 to 4 radios (stored elsewhere) and listen to them via a headset, handset or a loudspeaker. Heavy duty metal, wall mounted, 4 rotary knobs (1 dimmer, 3 volume control) and 8 push button selectors (light up when selected) on top. 6 bottom fed cables - 12V power (cable 1), multi-wire audio input (cable 2), handset audio out (cable 3), headset audio output (cable 4), loudspeaker audio output (cable 5) and intercom cross connect audio output (cable 6). Internal houses audio distribution card, 12V power supply distribution, selector switch and rotary knob housing.
2. 4 Radio Electronic audio card with 12V power to take audio output from 4 radios via a tone remote controller, amplify the audio where needed and distribute the audio to a separate selector box (Item 1). Designer should have knowledge of audio and/or 2-way radio audio systems (mic high, mic low, PTT, PTT ground, Tx high, TX low, RX high, Rx low, etc.
3. Audio Interface Box. Passthrough box to route audio from single radio via (1) input cable (cable 1) to three output, handset (cable 2), headset (cable 3) and loudspeaker (cable 4). No external switches or knobs,simply 1 cable coming in the bottom and 3 coming out. Very heavy duty, wall mounted, removable front face for repair.
